To ensure great mechanical resistance, structural beams are made using the pultrusion method, which involves raw materials being pushed throughout a resin bath before being formed into a pre-formed shape. Constant directional fibres in the beam construction provide good impact and fatigue resistance (in the event of inadvertent over-loading, irreversible deformation does not occur). FRP structural beams manufactured by Fibrotech are developed to be used as structural components, with all the required assurances of performance in mind.
